The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us, and left many struggling to cope. 

There are many helpful strategies that can help us cope with stress, anxiety or distress. 

Alleviate has partnered with Joan Koskela from Living Wisdom to provide subsidised counselling sessions. 

Counselling sessions are offered via phone, Viber, Zoom, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

Following each session, Joan will provide you with personal confidential coaching notes to meditate on.

You may be eligible for up to a 50% subsidy

for a one hour session if you meet the following criteria:

# Genuine financial difficulty

# A referral from your medical practitioner

*  Please note that all applications are subject to approval from the Alleviate commitee
